After a 20 year career in London law firms and trade mark practices working with some of the best in the profession, in 2022 I decided it was time to do things my way. I advise on the clearance, protection, enforcement and defence of trade marks. I have advised clients on international rebranding projects, from selection through to registration of a brand, and navigation of challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

My expertise in the field of anti-counterfeiting, my passion and diligence in this area and my investigative work alongside online intermediaries and law enforcement agencies has eradicated counterfeit goods from online marketplaces and brought counterfeiters to criminal prosecution.

I assist with the filing of customs recordals and detentions by customs of suspected unauthorised goods. I conduct domain name disputes, in particular before Nominet, facilitating the recovery for clients of unauthorised domain names.
