Biscoff spreads the word

I've come across a brilliant set of trade mark guidlines by Lotus Bakeries.
Their delicious Biscoff® biscuits and spread are used in cakes, desserts, coffees, ice creams, you name it.
But what if you want to publish your recipe for others to enjoy, and want to tell the maker to use a Biscoff® product?
Well, Lotus ask that you don't call it "Biscoff Cheesecake", but rather "Cheesecake with Biscoff® Biscuits".
Not "Biscoff Milkshake", but "Milkshake with Biscoff® Cookie Crumbs".
They request use of the ® symbol wherever the name is used, along with the product descriptor, for example "Biscoff® biscuits" or "Biscoff® spread".
The guidelines also show acceptable use of the brand in store displays and in photographs.
This is a great way for brands to encourage customers to use and promote their products safe in the knowledge that they aren't infringing any IP rights.
It's also a fabulous example to other brands of how they can educate their customers on IP matters and protect their valuable trade marks and trade dress.
